Limited Edition 2010 HPE700 Camaro Unveiled by Hennessey Performance

Hennessey Performance Engineering is at it again with their latest creation, a limited edition 2010 HPE700 Camaro. The HPE700 is a 2010 Camaro SS mated with a Supercharged LS9 V8 that has been tuned to produce 705 horsepower and 717-lb-ft of torque. Other options on this beast include 15-inch carbon brakes from the ZR1, HRE wheels with Michelin PS2 tires, suspension upgrades, Carbon fiber body upgrades and exterior aerodynamic packages to improve downforce at high speeds.

Buyers of the HPE700 will also receive a 1-day performance driving course at Lonestar Motorsports Park (1/4 mile dragstrip located in Houston). Hennessey will be offering these limited edition Camaros exclusively to registered bidders at the 2009 Barrett-Jackson auction next week in Scottsdale, AZ. Base price for this supercar will be $109,500.

More details and a high-res photo after the jump..

  2. Hennessey produces some of the baddest supercars anywhere. But only 705-hp out of the LS9? It comes stock with what? 638hp! I was hoping for 1k hp.
