"These are the dates that I love: lots of cars and action and a huge crowd. I am sure it will be an enjoyable day and I hope we will have fun."
The event will kick off this Friday with practice laps for the European Ferrari Challenge Pirelli Trophy, which is currently lead by Frenchman Ange Barde, in an F430. Other appearances will include demonstrations by the Maranello F1 Clienti and 60 private Ferrari road cars.
The seven times F1 champ will take to the famous track on Sunday, the final day of the event, where last time up to 30,000 spectators and close to 1,000 Ferraris attended. Some of the highlights from the previous events included Schumacher’s first drive of the then new Maserati MC12 and his popular burn-out antics. Exotic supercars like the FXX are probably of little significance to Schumacher who drives a Ferrari F1 car almost every other day - a problem we’d kill to have.
