According to EVO, Bugatti will first offer the car to American buyers before any other market is given the chance. Bugatti currently has 230 confirmed orders for the Veyron, which means there are just 70 cars available. However, it’s unclear if this number will include the upcoming ‘targa’ model currently in development.
Original: Less than a month after the reveal of the limited edition Bugatti Veyron Fbg par Hermès at the Geneva Motor Show comes another highly exclusive version of one of the fastest and most desirable supercars on the planet, the Bugatti Veyron Sang Noir. The new edition is dedicated to the original Bugatti Atlantique 57S of the 1930s and features a number of new styling elements, namely an all-black exterior with unpainted carbon-fiber panels.
Other details include aluminum on the side-mirrors and grille surround, blacked out headlights, new alloy wheels with black powder-coated elements and a custom tan-colored leather and Alcantara interior. The Sang Noir, which translates to ‘Black Blood,’ is loosely based on the previous Pur Sang edition of which only five cars were built. No word yet on pricing and volume details for the new model.

Not a big fan of special this and special that (aka Aston Martin) but this is truly stunning. The piece of accent trim running over the top of the doors and back really sets it off.
I will work even harder now.

I think it's the Atlantique-style fin that runs across the hood, the roof and the back that really sets this one apart. It's still not in the same league as the original, but it is cheaper...

I'm probably wrong in saying this, but i wonder if Bugatti is running out of customers to charge a million euro? What's with all these special editions? There seems to be a special edition Veyron every month or so. Personally, i like Pur Sang more, the wheels on this one is too bling, ditto the aluminium details that stands out a lot due to the black body.

They should charge $5M for each Veyron. They would sell just as good.

Alan- I would say they have the reverse problem. They have some 200 plus cars sold out of a capped 300 and no new model in the pipe line. As is standard with any manufacturer the special edition models always seem to pop up at the end of a products life cycle.
I guess stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled at a test track near you for some prototypes running around testing.

Moreover, I have read words from Bugatti himself on pricing and volume for this new exciting model here : http://actualites.sport-prestige.com/1772/bugatti-veyron-sang-noir-sport-prestige/
