All KTM X-Bows will come with a 2.0L four-valve engine, delivering 310Nm of torque between 2,200 to 4,000rpm. Drive is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual and a mechanical slip differential. Thanks to direct injection and turbocharging technology, the X-Bow is able to manage this level of output and still meet strict Euro 4 emissions standards. Accelerating from 0-100km/h is a supercar-like 3.9 seconds.
Production starts in the middle of the year at a plant in Graz, Austria, and will reach just 500 units this year. Next year KTM hopes to build 1,000 units and is planning to launch even more models, which you can read about in our earlier story. Pricing for the X-Bow will start at €54,561.

Cars like that give me the shakes. I just can't imagine how much fun one would be (being a motorcycle guy all my life and slowly getting too old for the superbike thing)...
