The first prototypes for the second-generation Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class have started testing, and we’ve already scooped some photos. They show a larger and more refined GLK, which makes sense since Mercedes’ upcoming 2014 GLA will now fill the role of the automaker’s entry-level crossover.

Nissan’s had a relatively successful year with its 2013 GT-R NISMO GT3 race car and now it wants to share that success. The Japanese automaker has invited teams wishing to compete in GT3 competition to come and test drive the car, though anyone ordering one now will likely receive next year’s specification.
