Aston Martin’s continual updates to its models show no signs of slowing, with the V12 Vantage the latest to receive a slew of updates including a more powerful version of the automaker’s venerable 6.0-liter mill.

This photo reveals that the latest variant, called the V12 Vantage S, is one of the most aggressive designs we’ve seen yet from Aston Martin’s stylists.

Bold colors matched with newly formed aerodynamics give a unique look, and are joined by a shadow finish on the tail-light surrounds, fender vents and wheels.

But while the exterior changes would only be noticed by die-hard fans of the British brand, most will notice the difference in performance between the V12 Vantage S and the former V12 Vantage.

First and foremost, the car’s V-12 engine now matches the flagship Vanquish in terms of output. The final numbers register at 565 horsepower and 457 pound-feet of torque.

Matched to a new Sportshift III automated manual transaxle (an updated version of the ‘box in the V8 Vantage S), the mighty mill will rocket the car to 60 mph in well under 4.0 seconds (final numbers yet to be released) and onto a top speed of at least 205 mph.

We can’t wait to take this baby for a spin.

This photo shows the as-yet unannounced AMG version of the latest 2014 Mercedes-Benz S Class testing in prototype form at Germany’s Nürburgring circuit. The muscular flanks exude performance and under the hood should lie one of two available engines, either a 5.5-liter V-8 or 6.0-liter V-12. Both will come with direct fuel injection and twin turbos to help maximize output, and peak figures could reach over 600 horsepower.

Tesla Motors Supercharger Network In 2015 - released May 2013

This image is not particularly interesting but its significance certainly is. It shows the planned locations for Tesla’s fast-charging ‘Supercharger’ stations, designed exclusively for the automaker’s Model S and future electric cars.  Tesla plans to have 98 percent of the U.S. population covered by 2015, meaning Model S owners will be able to travel almost anywhere in the country without fear of being stranded and without a cent in their pocket (the charging stations are free to use by Model S owners). We wonder what the all-powerful oil companies much be thinking.
