Porsche revealed the Panamera Sport Turismo Concept in Paris before its big debut on the show floor tomorrow. Looking like a Panamera with an extended roof, the Panamera Sport Turismo Concept features proportions that are quite fitting of an estate.

Back in July we reported that Porsche was working on an estate version of the Panamera, and now this thinly veiled concept previews that future shooting brake which will compete against the new Mecedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake and Jaguar XF Sport Brake.

Porsche is saying the Panamera Sport Turismo Concept is a preview of a possible sports car of the future. While this tells us that we will likely see a shooting brake variant of the Panamera in the near future, what isn't clear is whether Porsche will bring the model to the U.S. market. Both Jaguar and Mercedes-Benz have opted to not sell their shooting brake variants in the U.S. While we wait for that answer you can browse our live photo gallery.
