With the 2012 New York Auto Show barely behind us, already the automakers are looking ahead to the next stop on the circuit, the 2012 Beijing Auto Show. Chrysler is planning a pair of new design concepts, based on the Jeep Wrangler and Chrysler 300C.

Themed with Chinese-inspired names and design elements, the duo is barely visible at present--just teased in dimly-lit, headlights-and-chrome teasers.

The Jeep Wrangler concept draws its inspiration from the Year of the Dragon, and wears what looks to be a vinyl dragon across its hood, as well as unique wheels, badges, and interior touches.

The Chrysler 300C offers a slightly more informative visual, though the release merely states that it's "created specifically with Chinese elements in mind." Exactly what those elements are, or what makes them Chinese, is an open question at this point, aside from some embossed leather on the seat backs.

We'll have more details and information as the Beijing show draws closer, so stay tuned.
