Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 stuck in the snow

We don't know what the kid was driving, but we like to think it was a Lamborghini.

Norway isn't really known for much here in the U.S. It's generally assumed to be a rather quiet land of snow, fish, and funny talking. But one 10-year-old boy apparently wants to put Norway on the map for Florida-esque weirdcrime.

You see, this 10-year-old Norwegian boy woke up one night in his home near Nordsinni, stole  the family car, strapped his toddler little sister in, and took off to his grandmother's house, 18 miles away. About six miles later, the boy lost control on the snowy roads and ended up in a ditch. A snow plow driver soon came upon them.

Then things got a bit weird(er).

The boy asked the snow plow driver for help getting the car out of the ditch, telling the man "he was a dwarf," according to The Local. The "dwarf" said he had crashed while making a sudden U-turn to go back to his house, to retrieve his driver's license. Naturally.

Unsurprisingly, the plow driver didn't buy the act. Police were called, the children were returned to their parents, and we were left with nothing but this rather nonsensical report.

Well done, Norway. You're off to a truly Floridian start.
