Ferrari recently held a competition that pitted up-and-coming designers from all around the globe to design what it described as a hypercar that takes all aspects of its design to extremes, from architecture to propulsion. While the winning entry was the Eternita created by students at Seoul's Hongik University, second place went to the Xezri, which was penned by Samir Sadikhov.

You can see his creation, visualized in the real world in this video presented by the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Turin, Italy. Sadikhov is a student of the prestigious design school. His design is the last one depicted in the video.

The first is the 540 Pegaso, created by Giuseppe Ceccio, Giacomo Pierin, Matteo Politano, and the second is the Ethesian from student designer Alessandro Nardolillo.

Entrants for the Ferrari World Design Contest included more than fifty design schools and universities from all over the world who forwarded more than 200 projects.
