Toyota is bringing its top performance machines from all across the globe to the 2012 Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK this summer, announcing today that among the highlights will be the groundbreaking TS030 Hybrid Le Mans prototype, Lexus LFA Nurburgring endurance racer, and the GT 86 sports car.

The TS030 Hybrid in particular will be arriving fresh from its first appearance in the Le Mans 24 Hours taking place this June, the same month as the Goodwood festival.

Toyota Racing’s British driver Anthony Davidson will be running the TS030 Hybrid up the famous Goodwood hill course and later showing it off to fans.

Flying the flag for the best of British motorsport, BTCC driver Frank Wrathall will also return in his Dynojet Racing-prepared Toyota Avensis touring car.

Finally, Gazoo Racing will also be at the event, showing off its race-prepared Lexus LFA and GT 86, both of which are due to be competing once again in the grueling Nurburgring 24 Hours in May. Gazoo Racing is yet to reveal its new GT 86 race car, though spy shots of prototypes have already been spotted testing on numerous occasions near the Nurburgring race track.

The 2012 Goodwood FOS kicks off on June 28 and should prove just as exciting as previous years for any performance car fan. Lotus has already been announced as the featured marque of the event and Mercedes-Benz will be driving on the hill course with its legendary Silver Arrow Grand Prix cars from the 1930s.
