Even though the 2012 Dodge Avenger R/T isn't as R/T as some other dodges--it just uses a standard Pentastar V-6 for motivation--it's still a significant upgrade over the stock Avenger, and judging by the car's presence on the floor of the New York Auto Show, people will notice it on the street, too.

A standard Pentastar engine is still good for 283 horsepower, so it's no slouch, but the upgraded, stiffer suspension, more aggressive body kit, and upgraded interior specs will be the more readily appreciable upgrades to the typical buyer or onlooker.
