Since its exciting unveil at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show, the first FT-86 concept car from Toyota and its ensuing production version has been highly anticipated. At last month’s 2011 Geneva Motor Show, Toyota revealed the latest version of the car called the FT-86 II concept, which you can read all about by clicking here.

The FT-86 II is the strongest indication yet of how Toyota’s new sports car will look, and designers have unashamedly looked to the automaker’s sports cars of the past, such as the legendary 2000 GT of the 1960s, for inspiration.

Now, following in the footsteps of the original FT-86 from 2009 and its G-Sport sibling, Toyota, together with the guys from Gran Turismo, has produced a stunning video to showcase the latest iteration of its new sports car concept line.
