Lamborghini has teamed up with Italian fashion house, Versace, to create the special edition of the 640hp 6.5L V12 Murcielago LP640. Official details are to be released at a Versace press conference on the 30th but the car has made its appearance already at the Paris Motor Show.

The only significant changes include a unique pearl-white exterior with matching white interior accessories. Limited addition badging will be added to let passers by know that this Murcielago is a bit more special than usual. We would have thought the 640hp (471kW), 660Nm V12 engine and the ability to accelerate from 0-100km/h in just 3.4 seconds would have been enough.

Other changes over the standard Murciélago include the new bodykit and the reinforced four-wheel drive gearbox. The E-Gear automatic transmission also gets the “Thrust” acceleration mode. Versace’s and Lamborghini’s CEOs, Giancarlo and Stephan Winkelmannus, will be on-hand at the press conference to talk up the new designer Lambo and sales should start by March of next year. From the images its possible to make out that the interior is adorned with Versace's unique pattern design and swathes of carbon fiber. The white leather also has the Versace stitch pattern.
