German tuning outfit Hamann has developed a new edition of its BMW Z4 M Coupe performance pack with its latest ‘Renn Taxi’ version. The tuner is yet to release official specs for the new model but as these latest images reveal, Hamann has added a roll-cage and Recaro seats indicating that this model is better suited to the race track. The brake package has also been upgraded with perforated discs and larger calipers.

The exterior has been enhanced with a more aerodynamic bodykit including the striking front spoiler, aggressive side skirts and new air intakes on the rear fenders. Inside, the car gets an aluminum hand-brake grip, competition aluminum pedals, plus a sports gear-lever knob in either leather or aluminum.

Hamann’s previous package for the Z4 M only managed an increase in output of 15bhp and 20Nm, so we suspect this latest version to be packing a lot more heat. We'll update the story with more info as soon as it’s released but in the meantime you can take a closer look with our full gallery after the jump.
