The price for the 2009 Infiniti G37 Sedan with a seven-speed automatic transmission starts at $33,250. The previous 2008 G35 Sedan with a five-speed auto was listed at $31,600. Pricing for the G37 Coupe, on the other hand, starts at $35,900. The 2008 Coupe was listed from $34,250. Adding the carmaker’s ATESSA E-TS intelligent all-wheel drive system for the G37x Coupe bumps the price up to $38,700.
The new seven-speed auto features Drive Sport (DS) mode and comes with Adaptive Shift Control (ASC). The 3.7L V6 is rated at 328hp (245kW) and comes with Variable Valve Event and Lift (VVEL) technology. Six-speed manual transmissions are also available.
Other changes include newly available sport brakes, a new 18in wheel design and standard Scratch Shield self-healing paint.
