The current co-operation between PSA and BMW covers the development and production of a range of 1.4L and 1.6L engines using variable valve lift and direct injection. Performance from the engines ranges from 55KW (75HP) up to 128KW (175HP). The engines are used in the new-generation MINI and vehicles of Peugeot and Citroën.

Having BMW as partner in anything that has to do with engines is usually a good thing.
