Meet the top commenters on the LeaderboardI'm hoping to buy a new car in a year or two and I've gotta say this new Fusion is at the top of the list. I like the sport with all wheel drive. One question though......the article says you can get AWD as an option with the hybrid, really? I would be impressed if this was true but I have a feeling they just generalized the options list after every model.
john, remember it isnt some all time AWD like audi.. its a much lighter system.. only adding about 100 lbs if i remember correctly.. so it wouldnt be very surprising if they actually offered it on the hybrid. just cause you have a hybrid doesnt mean you wont run into grip issues..
Give me the opportunity to plug in and at least 20 miles range, and you have a customer. Toyota's RAV-4's have been on the road for more than 10 years with over 150000 miles and still going. This is not a new technology,so it seems to me,your still not commited to let loose of your oil buddies,so get your billions from Exxon and the rest of them.
