The beefy Dodge Challenger gets an even brawnier look from Classic Design's fender flare kit
Enlarge PhotoStarting with a black Challenger SRT8, the team at Classic Design Concepts (CDC) added a Vortec supercharger that bumps output by about 32% to 560hp (418kW), an adjustable KW coil-over suspension, Pypes Performance cat-back exhaust system and a Baer big brake kit.
To make the widebody effect the rear fenders are flared, offering extra room for wheels - measuring a huge 20x10" up front, and 20x11.5" out back. The grille is replaced with a stainless mesh wire unit, aerodynamic canards are added up front, custom CDC sequential tail lights at the back, and finishing off the exterior mods is a custom shaker-style hood.
Joining the all-black monster will be a mostly-white version with different wheels. Both cars will be on display this week at the 2008 SEMA show in Las Vegas.
