December 31st, 1969 The E-class has been officially released by Mercedes-Benz. Click here for pictures and information. The new E-class will look like a cross between the CLS and Lexus GS. In the past it was Lexus that borrowed styling cues from Mercedes, but it seems the tide has truly turned. In an attempt to make it appear more sporting, the new E-class will have a lower roofline and sleeker body.
