Spy shots: 2007 Ford Mondeo
December 31st, 1969
These are the latest photos of the new Mondeo, which is due for release next year. The current model has been on sale since 2000 and is long overdue for an update to compete with other cars in its segment.
The shots, taken by World Car Fans photographer Hans Lehmann, show the heavily concealed test car during testing in the Austrian mountains. WCF claims that the new Mondeo platform will come in a variety of body shapes, including sedan, station wagon, sportback, and convertible.
Though there’s still no confirmation on the rumors that this Mondeo will share styling cues with the hot Iosis concept (pictured below) but we’re crossing our fingers.
