December 31st, 1969 Ford has come through on its promise that the stunning Iosis concept would be a sign of things to come, at least in design. Ford will be unveiling their new Mondeo concept at the Paris Motor Show, and sources are claiming that the production version will be close to this concept. It’s clear the concept has also picked up design cues from the S-Max and Galaxy. The Mondeo will come with a variety of engines, including a 2L 145hp and a 2.5L plant with 220hp. Diesel options include a 1.8L TDCi with 100hp and 2L with 140hp. The top model may even get the 2.7L V6 diesel that’s currently used by Ford subsidiary Jaguar. Expect more information over the coming days as Ford announces official details.
