Meet the Mitsuoka Orochi supercar

December 31st, 1969 There’s no end to the strange customized cars that are coming out of the land of the rising sun. First shown at the 2001 Tokyo Motor Show, the Mitsuoka Orochi, which is named after a mythical Japanese monster, has been updated for the 2007 model year. Now that the Honda NSX is long dead, the Orochi is Japan’s only supercar. Recent updates have seen the car lose its roof and the interior styled with an Elvis in Vegas theme. The new model will feature a 3.3-litre V6 sourced from Toyota. Official details of the car including prices will be announced early next month. Edit: Is it just us or does this car look like it has a little pouting mouth? [Source: Mitsuoka Motors | Via le Blog Auto]
