Gemballa Mirage GT “Black Edition”

Gemballa has made its name building high-power modified Porsches and their most expensive piece of work is the Mirage GT, based on the now discontinued Carrera GT supercar. As the name suggests, the “Black Edition” is a variant of Gemballa’s standard Mirage GT and comes with more power options, wheels, and interior modifications. Power is up by “only” 30-40hp over the 612hp found in the standard Carrera GT, and this is significantly less than the 750hp you’ll find in the Mirage GT. A new aero kit provides downforce on the front and rear axles for better handling through corners.

What’s new is a wheel set with 19” alloys in the front, and 20” in the back, both shod with massive tyres. Inside, you get swathes of Alcantara and carbon fibre, plus a high-tech LCD information and stereo system. You can also option additional driving lights and a rear-view camera system.
