US built Noble renamed Rossion Q1

December 31st, 1969 When the US distributor of Nobel Automotive, the Ohio-based 1G Racing, bought the rights to build the Noble M400 and M12 models locally there was a clause that required 1G to rebadge and rename the car. Thus, the Rossion Q1 was born. Based loosely on the British designed supercars, the Q1 has been upgraded with luxury appointments including satellite navigation, power mirrors, hand-stitched leather interiors, and a premium sound system. Sharing a mix of components from both the previous Noble cars, the Q1 offers up to 450hp and 400ft-lb of torque in a body that weighs just 2,500lb, translating to a 0-60mph time of just 3.2 seconds and a quarter mile time of 11.4 seconds. Top speed is estimated in excess of 185mph. The Rossion Q1 will be hand built in limited numbers at the same 380,000 square foot production facility the M400 was produced. Starting price for the bare chassis and entry-level drivetrain is $90,700, and the first deliveries are expected to start later this year.
