Ferrari accepts constructor's crown


December 31st, 1969 Ferrari has now accepted that it "has won" the 2007 constructors' world championship. Following news that McLaren will not appeal the World Motor Sport Council's sanctions for espionage, the Maranello based team announced in a statement: "Ferrari will now invest all its efforts over the final three races of this championship in trying to also win the drivers' world title." The 2007 crown is Ferrari's fifteenth in total and seventh in the last nine years. (GMM)

Ferrari has now accepted that it "has won" the 2007 constructors' world championship.
