Video: Porsche 911 lapping a snowy Nordschleife
December 31st, 1969
Yesterday we showed you a video of Nissan’s GT-R driving on snow. Today we have a clip of the GT-R's closest rival, the Porsche 911, carving up the ice around Germany’s Nordschleife. The car in this video is just a basic Carrera so it doesn’t enjoy the benefits of AWD traction like the Nissan, but as you’ll see the driver manages to keep it under control most of the time.

Check that- the first driver is Walter- don't know who the second driver on the ice is.

Second driver is Tim Schrick, presenter on D-Motor, a German car show.

Amazing car control.
I wonder how much is the car and tires, and how much is the driver?

I would love giving it a go, as long as it was with someone else's car... :)
