Video: 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STI test drive
December 31st, 1969
Up against the aggressively styled Mitsubishi Evo X and Nissan GT-R, Subaru’s new Impreza WRX STI looks a little timid and ungainly. At least the hot-hatch at least has little to worry about when it comes to the track as this latest clip form Fifth Gear reveals. this car is really growing on me. i must say, who ever designed it, has done a good job. seriously. It's still very subaru, but about as hot as a subaru could get. I've never cared for the road going versions but i cant wait to see if this car is enough to get subaru out of last place in World Rally. I think Petr Solberg's going to shoot up the car park one of these days.

I've always liked the look of it. With the STi and it's arch filling wheels, I think it looks nicely hunkered down. Much better than the old one.

I think it was the shock of it that was the hardest for me. but its definitely a nice design. keep seeing the commercial for the blue impreza and its nice.

Finally a design worthy of all that power. Kudos to subaru (please stop changing it every year)
