December 31st, 1969 Lamborghini has once again teamed up with Italian fashion house Versace to create a special edition package for its Murcielago LP640 Roadster plus a range of new accessories. The cars will be produced to order and include a unique pastel white livery, Versace Greek key motifs on the lower part of the doors and a transparent engine hood protecting the mid-mounted V12. The cradle seats are clad in black and white leather with more, hand-stitched motifs on the instrument panel, doors and central console. The accessories range includes a trolley bag, suit carrier, sports bag, as well as a briefcase, suitcase, gloves, driving shoes, belt, wallet, key ring, beauty case, hat and a pair of jeans. Power comes from the familiar LP640-spec 6.5L V12 engine with 640hp (471kW) and 487lb-ft (660Nm) of torque. 1. This is going to sound really gay, but that interior alone would be worth getting this car. Every time I see a nice interior like this, I mean PROPERLY nice interior, it just makes me cry when I get into my car. A little piece of me breaks inside.

honestly, I'd pay a 10k premium on my 20k car, to have an interior that is THAT nice.

I KNOW! IT SOUNDS **SO** GAY!

  2. its OK to have it that nice but in my hands it just won't stay like that. Some materials are just so hard to clean. Thats a simple and nice black and white.

  3. No, it's not gay, it's where you spend all your time. That's the sad thing about the Challenger interior, they seemed to decide it wasn't worth doing anything special in there.
But yes, white is impossible to keep clean, and there's a lot of glare, esp in a cabrio.

  4. yeah good call on the white... blech... i was thinking iPod when i saw this and I now know why. yeah ok, a nice light tan... or chocolate leather.... I've got black leather right now... kinda warm on the keister.

  5. Why would you need some fancy leather when all I personally would only care to feel the 640 horses pulsing across the road. If you're paying that much for that car, then I would only assume that you could afford some Versace stitching....
However, I don't think I'd care that much about the leather quality at
    200 mph...Would you???

  6. I like - for the most part - Versace designs.

However, a Lamborghini is a holy place as far as I'm concerned, one that doesn't need gimmicks to sell itself. I'll take the normal car and leave this oen to Victoria Beckham and her ilk.

  7. Have you looked at the flat panel doors here?
