New renderings give us an early idea about what the Porsche sedan will look like

Porsche’s Panamera sedan isn’t expected to hit the market until the first half of next year but already we have details about one of the first tuner kits for the car, courtesy of these latest renderings from 9ff. You may recall 9ff as the company behind other extreme Porsches such as the Veyron-rivaling GT9 supercar and the 780hp (582kW) 911 Turbo Cabrio.

The German tuner and Porsche specialist has now confirmed that its next major project will be based on the Panamera, and while orders for the car are already being taken 9ff insists that the project is still in its early stages.

While there are no actual specs for the kit, we can gather several crucial details from these renderings including the final shape of the Panamera itself. We can see for the first time the shape of the car’s glasshouse, including the rear hatch window, as well as the shape of the taillights and rear diffuser design.

The Panamera is expected to be available with a number of different engines ranging from a 3.6L V6 up to a twin-turbocharged 4.8L V8. However, on its release only a pair V8s, one naturally aspirated and the other turbocharged, will be available and one of these is likely to be the base on which the 9ff package is developed on.

if porsche wanted a larger luxurious car i think they should have just made a larger 2 door coupe like the merc cl, the for doors makes this car look awkward, but that just my opinion..., it will most likely still be an awesome car
